  1. Mentoring Services
    For the VIP Focus, the Mentor agrees to provide the Client with one-on-one and group mentoring services, as detailed throughout the enrollment process. Mentoring sessions will be conducted via Zoom for the VIP Focus and may be recorded for program purposes.
  2. Schedule and Duration
    Mentoring sessions will be weekly only for the VIP Focus. The program will start at the beginning of each new cohort, which date is provided by Spiced Wife enrollment pages and will continue four months.
  3. Fees and Payment
    Price of the product is located on the checkout page. Payment can be made in lump sum or installments. If paying in installments, the payment schedule will be detailed by the loan provider.
  4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
    If the VIP Focus Client needs to cancel or reschedule a session, they must provide at least 24 hours' notice. The Mentor will make every effort to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. No refunds will be provided for any reason.
  5. Confidentiality
    All information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the Client's consent, except as required by law. Audio/Text testimonial can be used from the sessions at any time and will not disclose any identifying information of the speaker. If you would like to opt out of audio testimonials, please do so via email to [email protected].
  6. Responsibilities
  • Through the recorded sessions, Mentor will provide mentoring services to the best of their abilities and support the Client in achieving their goals.
  • For the VIP Focus, Mentor will provide live and recorded mentoring services to the best of their abilities and support the Client in achieving their goals.
  • The Client agrees to actively participate in the mentoring process, complete any assignments or actions agreed upon, and communicate openly and honestly with the Mentor.
  1. Termination
    Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with 3 days written notice. If the Client terminates the Agreement, no refund will be provided for any sessions. 
  2. Limitation of Liability
    The Mentor is not responsible for any decisions made by the Client as a result of the mentoring process. The Client acknowledges that mentoring is not therapy and that the Mentor is not a licensed therapist. Client also agrees to the terms and conditions located at spicedwife.com.
  3. Entire Agreement
    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA.
